Aujourd'hui, une petite vue sur le mythique et pittoresque Port Racine !

Connu comme étant le plus petit port de France, il se situe tout au bout de la pointe du Cotentin. 

Bien que le port soit… très rapide à visiter 🙄, il n'en demeure pas moins intéressant 😉. Très joli port, très joli panorama, et surtout un très joli spot si l'on s'enfonce un peu derrière, dans les rochers. 🙃 

Attention toutefois aux courants marins : ici, la mer ne pardonne pas.

Excellent endroit à visiter lors d'un passage dans le Cotentin, notamment à la suite d'une escale à Cherbourg ou d'une visite du Nez de Jobourg.

Personnellement, je vous conseille même une petite boucle : Biville et ses dunes, Jobourg — attention, randonnée assez physique l'air de rien 😅 — Cherbourg, Port Racine, Gatteville, Barfleur, Saint-Vaast-la-Hougue, et pour finir Tatihou. 😍

Sur 2 ou 3 jours, c'est juste parfait pour déconnecter et se dépayser. 😉

🏛️ Heritage and Memories | ""Where’s the harbour? Ah… that’s it!" 

Today, a quick look at the legendary and picturesque Port Racine!

Known as the smallest harbour in France, it’s situated right at the tip of the Cotentin Peninsula. 

Although the harbour is… very quick to visit 🙄, it’s nonetheless interesting 😉. A very pretty harbour, a very pretty view, and above all a lovely spot if you venture a little further back, amongst the rocks. 🙃 

Be careful of the sea currents, though: the sea here is unforgiving.

An excellent place to visit whilst in the Cotentin, particularly after a stopover in Cherbourg or a visit to the Nez de Jobourg.

Personally, I’d even recommend a little loop: Biville and its dunes, Jobourg — be warned, it’s quite a strenuous walk despite appearances 😅 — Cherbourg, Port Racine, Gatteville, Barfleur, Saint-Vaast-la-Hougue, and finally Tatihou. 😍

Over two or three days, it’s just perfect for unwinding and getting away from it all. 😉
