⚓ Horizons Maritimes | "La Jeune Alexandrine" 

Été 2025, le long d'une balade dans la Manche, de Cherbourg à Barfleur, sous un soleil de plomb comme la Normandie sait en faire, que vois-je ? Sortie du port, cachée derrière des blocs de granit, surgit telle un mirage « La Jeune Alexandrine ».

Je ne l'ai pas vue. C'est ma chérie qui m'a crié : « Damien, regarde ! »

Je me suis retourné et… sprint dans les rochers, à sauter de bloc en bloc par-dessus l'eau, zoom au maximum, réglages à la hâte… et clic 📸

⚓ Maritime Horizons | "La Jeune Alexandrine" 

Summer 2025, whilst out for a walk along the English Channel, from Cherbourg to Barfleur, under the blazing sun that Normandy is famous for – what did I see? Just outside the harbour, hidden behind granite boulders, ‘La Jeune Alexandrine’ appeared like a mirage.

I didn’t see it. It was my girlfriend who shouted to me: “Damien, look!”

I turned round and… sprinted across the rocks, leaping from boulder to boulder over the water, zoomed in as far as I could, hurriedly adjusted the settings… and clicked 📸
